Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Opalhouse items as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened beauty products
  • Used bath towels
  • Clearance furniture (marked as final sale)
  • Custom decorative objects

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return details
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and email a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and the RAN clearly marked on the outside
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

Return Shipping Options

  • Standard Return: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (3-5 business days)
  • Free Economy Exchange: Available only for exchanges via EMS (15-25 business days)

Exception: We cover return shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please include photos of the issue when contacting us.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear
  • PayPal refunds typically process within 24 hours of approval

Exchange Process

Follow the standard return process and specify your preferred replacement item from our collections of bedding sets, bathroom accessories, or home decor. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement.
